Terms of Service

Repo Docs ยท last updated 5 September 2026

The short version. Use it as intended, and it will read your repository and build Confluence pages from it. It will never delete your pages. If it stops being useful, cancel and nothing of yours is taken away.

1. The agreement

These terms are between you (the customer) and Turki Alharbi, the publisher of Repo Docs. Installing or using the app means you accept them. Atlassian's own Marketplace Terms of Use also apply to the purchase itself.

2. What the app does

Repo Docs reads markdown files from a GitHub repository you nominate and creates or updates Confluence pages from them, in a space you nominate. It can repeat that on an hourly schedule if you switch that on.

3. Your responsibilities

4. What the app will not do

It will never delete a Confluence page, and it does not hold the permission to. When a file disappears from your repository, the app reports which page has nothing behind it any more and leaves the page for you to decide about.

5. Payment

Billing is handled by Atlassian, on Atlassian's terms, at the price shown on the Marketplace listing. It is free for sites of up to ten users. Refunds follow Atlassian's Marketplace refund policy.

6. Support

Support is by email at support@maioapps.com. Expect a reply within two business days. Support covers the app itself; it does not cover your GitHub account, your Confluence configuration, or the contents of your documentation.

7. Availability

The app runs on Atlassian Forge and depends on both Atlassian and GitHub being reachable. Neither is under our control, and no uptime is guaranteed. If a sync fails, the app reports the failure and the next run picks up again.

8. Liability

The app is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Ending it

Cancel or uninstall whenever you like. Uninstalling removes the settings, the token and the page map the app stored. The Confluence pages it created stay with you, because they are ordinary pages in your own space.

10. Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top will change with them, and material changes will be noted on the Marketplace listing.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
